Hi, my Outlook has been crashing when launched since yesterday. When I open
Outlook, the logo/banner appears, and then it crashes. It displays an error
dialog allowing you to send info.

I've tried the following to fix it:
*Reboot PC
*Run repair tool that comes with the installation disks
*Uninstalled spam tool (SpamFigher)
*Uninstalled Outlook, then reinstalled
*Uninstalled office, reinstalled (w/ all the service patches) -- that takes
a hell of a long time!
*Restored to earlier time when it was working

I've run out of ideas. Anyone out there have an idea?

Does Outlook start in safe mode?

* Select Start > Run
* type: outlook.exe /safe
* ok button

If yes, try renaming/deleting the file named outcmd.dat (it is in a
hidden/system directory)
