Outlook 2000 Signature Picker not highlighted.

My outlook 2000 Signature picker is not highlighted. I would like to know
how to highlight it again, so that I can start using the signature again.

Set up some new signatures and see if that helps. It's on the Format tab in
Tools, Options.
