Outlook 2000 shuts down when trying to change calendar view or ad.

When trying to change calendar view or add new appointment within calendar or
access contacts or other outlook functions, outlook shuts down and requests
an error report. Why and how do I correct this?

If you haven't then first try an update to tall the latest Service Packs.

Thanks for the reply. All service packs have been installed, at least
according to Windows Update. Any other suggestions?
