Outlook 2000 - "Show Time As"

I sure would like to increase my options as far as
Outlook's "Show Time As" feature...

My current options are:
Free
Tentative
Out Of Office
Busy

Is there any way to increase the number of options here,
or create additional options?

Another question (or possibly related)... the colors
associated with these "Show time as" options... can they
be modified?
