outlook 2000 rule help

Is there a way to create a rule to move messages from a
specific person to a specific folder only after the
message from said person has been read? I have not
figured out how to do so if possible. Thanks in advance.
 
Normally rules react to messages received. Once received the rules are no longer vallid. Or when an email is sent too...hmmm....
