outlook 2000 problem with seeing meeting attendees

I am using outlook 2000 at the office and we are all on the same server but I
cannot see attendees calendar when setting up a meeting. Note some of the
attendees I am able to see their calendar and others I do not. Is there as
setting that prevents seeing individuals calendars.
 
Is delivery of all mail set to Exchange or are some using .psts?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
