As an independent consultant, I have multiple email addresses. My desire is
to have all (3) addresses coming into Outlook 2000. Is this possible? If
so, how do I add all three to Outlook? Then is there a way to "toggle" from
one to another when sending an outgoing email? I must be sure when sending
an email that it is being sent from the proper account with the corresponding
autosignature. I have done this within Outlook on a networked version.
Perhaps that is my struggle in trying to set this up on my home PC. If this
is all possible, when incoming emails arrive for the three different
addresses, how would I "separate" to come into specifc corresponding folders?
Thank you in advance for any assistance you may share.

You can set up multiple Accounts - email adds - in OL
On composing a new msg, or replying, there is a drop down on send btn, to
select account.
To sort incoming, create folders, a rule to move received to appropriate
folder.
I seem to recall that whilst OL2K can have multiple signatures there is a
default sig. used by all accounts.
ie a different default sig. cannot be set for an individual account.
I believe this has been rectified in later versions of OL - not sure which -
there may be a third party plugin that accomplishes this procedure.
