Outlook 2000 not exiting

Hello, when I exit Outlook 2000 I always have to use end task to kill the
process.This happens on Windows XP and Windows 2000. What can I do to fix
this?

Something is holding Outlook open. Are you using any synch or fax software,
any add ins or COMs that might be trying to do things while Outlook is
closing?
