Outlook 2000 net folders

My brother is trying to share the contacts and calendar
folders with me but when i receive the email the 'accept'
and 'decline' buttons are not available. However, when i
send an email for my brother to share my folders he does
see the accept and decline buttons but cannot see what
entries there are in either folder. Help! TIA
 
Ensure that your brother is sending the invitation using Outlook Rich Text
Format.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Chris asked:
