Outlook 2000 Multiple Profiles

I set Outlook 2000 to prompt for profile (Corporate
Workgroup option) as described in Microsoft Knowledge
Base Article - 197272. Unfortunately, it does not
consistently prompt. If I click on Tools>Services, the
different profiles do not show up nor does the "show
profiles" button. How do I fix this?

Did Outlook completely close from the earlier session or is there still an
outlook.exe process running (or mapi32.exe running for Outlook 2000)?
