How can I delete and prevent the duplicate e-mails being
imported every time I import archived e-mails from my
outlook archive (.pst) folder?

Some of the archive imported e-mails contain 10-16 of the
same message and with thousands of these, it is eating up
space and extremely time consuming to delete the
duplicates manually. HELP PLEASE!!!

Um, why are you importing your archive.pst files when they are available via
File->Open->Outlook Data File?

When you want to access an archive file, use the above methodm, then view or
add the item to your current .pst file via drag and drop. Then close the
archive file by right clicking on the root of that file and select close.

There is absolutely no need to import your archive file if you want to see
what is in there or need access to a particular item. Use the File->Open
and Close to access these items.

After all, you archived them to get them OUT of your active file... why
would you want to add them back if not necessary?
