outlook 2000 MSG files in outlook 2003

I have a user who has large archives of MSG files that were dragged and
dropped into a file folder from Outlook 2K.

When these MSG files are double clicked on his new outlook 2003 system any
that had HTML content do not display.the message (although attachments are
available)

I have a solution which is to drag the file into a message folder in his
2003 and then drag back to the desktop.

So, I need to write a script of some kind to automate outlook to do this for
me as thre are 1000's of these archived messages floating arounfd the
business with a lot of users moving from 2000 to 2003.

I would be greatful if anyone happens to have a script or tool that does
operation for me, or at least gives me a start.

What do you see when they are opened?

Also - you can drag/drop multiple messages which makes it easier to do
manually.
