Outlook 2000 Issue

I am having a small issue with one of my users. Every time she sends a new
message it does copy itself to the Sent Items folder. I have double checked
the Options and made sure that the "Save copies of messages in Sent Items
folder" option it turned on. I have also checked for any rules that may
prevent this and none are present. Would anyone have any idea what this
issue is?

Did you mean 'does not' copy? Assuming yes--check her settings in
View>Arrange by>????--Date is the default>Current View. Make sure it says
Messages and not just unread messages, sent messsages, etc.
