Outlook 2000 hangs

When I click on an URL in an email outlook hangs. This does not always
happen and never happened before about two months ago. Operating system is xp
pro. Anybody know how to fix this. I keep my computer up to date with
office and xp
 
Hi John,

Try this:

Go to Tools - Options - Mail format tab,
Make sure that the email format is HTML and use MS Word box is unchecked.
If this thing fails. Check the setting you have in your browser ( IE 6,
Mozilla, Netscape ?) If you browser is IE 6, reset the web setting and make
sure that the default is IE as you browser.
