Outlook 2000 hangs when exiting

Outlook 2000 on XP hangs when exiting, only choice is to
taskmanager it. Any out of the ordinary ways to fix this
problem? Is it a known bug or one off?

Make sure you are running Service Pack 3. Service Pack 1
and 1a tends to hang fetching headers.
