Outlook 2000 hangs on exit..

Has anyone figured why Outlook 2000 hangs on exiting? I have all the latest
updates, not using Internet Only set up (Workstation?), using XP Home...

Most posts I've read never seem to identify any one cause.. MSKB doesn't
seem to resolve it either - I must have missed something somewhere...

from what I have read, you will have to call support, and
if the hotfix corrects this issue, there will not be a
charge. Seems like BS to me, why not make it available,
why the run around? We are upgrading to 2003 anyway,
mission aborted.
