Outlook 2000 Error Message

I keep getting the following error popping up on Outlook 2000, "Unable to
load personal free/busy data". How do I eliminate this annoyance?

Tools>Options>Calendar Options should have a place to adjust the free/busy
information.
 
This does nothing to solve the error message. It simply allows me to change
the frequently of the message.

What happens if you set the frequency to zero?
