Outlook 2000, can't run on XP

I have Windows Office 2000 installed on my XP system. Any time I try to run
Outlook 2000 I get the Outlook opening screen then an alert -->Failed to
register a VB Script DLL. Reinstall or run Regsvr32,exe Vbscript.dll to self
register<--. If you click "OK" then you get another alert -->The operation
failed<--. Clicking "OK" on this alert causes the Outlook Screen to be
erased. I have reloaded windows and run Regsvr32.exe from the "RUN" screen.
Even though you get a -->Dll RegisterServer in vbscript.dll succeeded<-- I
still get the alert when I try to use outlook.

Use the CD that installs Outlook 2000 (not the Windows CD) to run a repair
install.
