I am running Vista and have installed MS Office 2007. All seems well with
the exception of Outlook. On trying to configure, i cannot get passed
Migrating Account Settings. A new window opens with;
Failed to register a VB Script DLL. Reinstall or run Regsvr32.exe
Vbscript.dll to self register. An error ocurred while creating a form.
i have reinstalled to no avail and i cant find Regsvr32.exe Vbscript.dll.
Any solutions?

Hi,

Open a command prompt: Start / All Programs / Accessories / Command Prompt
Then just type in regsvr32 vbscript and hit enter

Funny enough the error is wrong. Resetting the form cache is the answer.
Locate frmcache.dat and rename it to .old
By default you can find it in
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\
