Outlook 2000 bulk mail

I have a coworker that wants to send bulk emails through a
pop3 server with reply buttons for the customers to
respond with. Wants to be able to have the negative
replies go to her email address and the positive replies
to go to another email address? Is this possible in
Outlook 2000 or 2002?
