I installed Office 2003. When I created Outlook for some
reason I have 2 personal folders. They look identical,
reside on the same address when I check properties. I
have set up rules for incomming e-mails and sometimes the
rules don't put the e-mails in the folders I designate.
Could it be the 2 personal folders? How can I delete 1 of
them and not delete the other, or is this not an issue and
I should just leave them both?

Please advise,

Thanks for your help

R click and close the one that is not your default.

Russ, thanks for the response, however, the close option
is not available on either folder. They are greyed out on
both.
