Our setup is such that all emails are linked to Act! 2007, and I have gone
through the setup process verified that SMTP and POP information is correct.
(He is receiving e-mails) - yet, he can't respond, or create a new e-mail.
Each time I try to draft a new e-mail I get a message window that says
Outlook has encountered a problem...(I did send this message to Microsoft)
and Outlook restarts but the problem remains. I have restarted, rebooted,
and tried the default troubleshooting techniques. I need some help with this
one...
