when sending mail from (e-mail address removed) to (e-mail address removed) mail does not arrive in B mailbox

No errors not even in the trouble shooting log

Accounts are configured with POP3 and SMTP to Mail.MyDomain.com with their individual login information
"Test settings" are succesful as wel

Other intresting note worthy test
- I can send successfuly using the same configuration from (e-mail address removed) to (e-mail address removed)
- With the exact same account settings SMTP POP3 and account info in Outlook Express it works fine. ( I have even used the Outook 2003 account import feature
- Even stranger; I have found that I can send from account (e-mail address removed) to (e-mail address removed) if I send the message with a delivery receipt !!! -Strange

Yes this is an intresting one. If somebody wants to test this because they just do not believe this can be true I am willing to set up two test accounts for you to see for your self. I can also share the logs

Probably need to make Microsoft aware of this if anybody knows how to do this let me know

Wonderful!! I didn't figure out that it would work with the delivery
receipt request, and it does!!

I have this exact same problem. I had an online ticket open with Microsoft
and they could reproduce the problem (both people at MS could reproduce it),
exactly as you describe it below. They were not able to resolve the issue.
The last thing they told me was to open a professional ticket ($99). I will
do this if I need to, but for the moment I'm using another type of email to
email people in MyDomain.com, and actually now I will begin just using the
delivery receipt request instead. I'm watching and hoping somehow MS will
eventually become aware of this and find a solution. I don't think there is
actually a way to make them aware of it, because from what I could tell they
do not necessarily have anyone looking through or following up on unresolved
tickets.

Thank you, thank you for the delivery receipt request information!
