Outlook 03 change/amend subject title before saving to personal fo

Want to change/amend subject title of incoming messages so more meaningful as
looking through messages saved to personal folders. Is this possible without
forwarding to myself (where I can change the subject line)

Open message, click on Edit-Edit Message
