Can we create headline for slides viewable only in the Outlines?

Hi,

What you type in the Outline will appear on the slide. If you want notes,
could you put them in the Note Pane?

Thanks!
So I cannot input a headline for each slide in the outline. That's strange,
why can't we have the option of inputting headlines in the outline only.

Well, you can, but it will become the slide title and appear on the sldie:

Maybe you can.

Choose View, Master, Slide Master and drag the title text placeholder off the
slide.

Now go back to Normal view. Does that accomplish what you want?
