Outgoing Pictures in Outlook Express

Everything was just great and then my McAfee virusScan found some
Objectionable Spyware files and suggested I delete them...Fine Now I
cannot send pictures in my Outlook Express emails. I CAN send pix by
attaching a filke...How do I get back to sending reg email pics with
attaching a "File"
This site you have here is the first site I have ever found that is REALLY
USEFUL.Thanks for your time and or advice
