Outgoing Messages

How can I request an outgoing message to be sent at a specific time
on a specific date....sucah as in Outlook
 
Windows Mail is a free mail program that doesn't have all the features of
a premium ($$$) program like Outlook.
 
You could write a script that sends the message, then use the Windows Task
Scheduler to execute the program on a schedule you specify.

You did not specify whether you are interested in a solution such as that,
but if you do, then you should ask in a newsgroup or forum for messaging
software development. This newsgroup is for non-development discussions.
