Outgoing main name

Just sorted out windows mail, but when I send a email out, it has the name of
the person the telecom account is in, This person has not paid the account
for 8yrs, but telecome will not take his name off, therefore his name and my
email address come up. I have looked in the set up and there is just my
address. How can I get this off, my previous computer was fine.

Tools menu>accounts>select the account>properties>general tab, in the User
Information section change what appears in the "Name": line>apply/OK.
