outgoing mail

I keep getting a msg that says that
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
from the System Administrator.
But I'm the only one who uses and set up the puter. I can't seem to find out
how it is being blocked. And I tried sending with the firewall off, but it
still doesn't go through.

You're not authenticating to your outgoing server.
