outgoing mail unable to send

I am getting a ox84002109 error on my outlook on both my desktop and laptop.
They have previosly worked without a problem. Can anyone help?? I've already
tried changing my pop settings, disabling my firewalls and internet security
programs, and re entering my e-mail accts numerous times.
 
Are you using Zone Alarm? There's an issue with it and they've posted a fix,
check their website. If not, try disabling your AV integration with Outlook
to see if that allows you to send. Please post back and let me know.
