outgoing file has very large attachment, won't send or let me dele

It let me delete several other large attachement outgoing messages, but not
the one remaining. Now any messages I compose (without attachments) don't
seem to go out due to this large attachement message constantly failing.
Just want to delete it. I get the "message already being transmitted" error.

Take Outlook offline and delete the email then or open Outlook in safe mode
to do it.
