I have Outlook 2007 and I am trying to send an email to with 2 files attached
to one person and copy 2 other people. The email is still in outbox and
won't let me delete it. It says "Outlook has already begun transmitting this
messag." But is has been hours and it won't go through.

First the basics...how large are the attachments, what kind of files are
they, and how fast is your internet connection?

Obviously your ISP's restrictions are much smaller. Usually 5MB.
To remove the files from the outbox, is to choose Work Offline from the File
drop down menu. Close Outlook. Open Outlook and delete the message. Click
Work Offline again (to work online).
