Outbox that won't send?

I have a message with attachments in my Outbox (14MB) that won't send. I
receive all my other emails ok and can still send emails. However, the
message that won't send is slowing up my message sending processes. I have
tried the Outlook solutions of disabling my firewall and opening Outlook in
safe mode but still no luck. I cannot just click on the message and delete it
as it keeps reporting that the message has already begun sending. Can anyone
help?
