outbox stuck with large attachment

Can't delete or move a email that has a 96 mb attachment
& would like to get rid of it so send receive does not
hang & other emails can be sent. Would like to get this
out of my outbox. Any suggestions?
 
Did you get an answer yet. I did the same thing and I want to delete it too

have you tried starting outlook in safe mode going offline and attempt
delete?
