OUtbox not sending or deleting

For some reason the is a message hung up in my outbox. It has been trying to
seed for 3 days. I try to delete and it will not let me do anything. Help

both ways did not work. what are other suggestions?

I know this will not help, but I have started getting similar errors
myself. My OL has been operating fine for the last three years, and all
of a sudden this week, I am not able to send. Everything sits in the
Outbox waiting for a response. Again, I know it is neither the account
settings nor permissions as nothing as changed.

Furthermore, I have tried on three POP servers and they all do the same
thing. The REAL confusing thing is that should I try sending a Test
Message from the Account Mangement section of OL, it goes through fine
?!?!

If you hear anything, please can you post it as I am getting desperate
here. Similarly, if I do I shall post...
