Outbox Email

I am using Outlook 03. I have set up a few messages in
my outbox, my question is this. Do I need to be in
Outlook for the messages in my Outbox to be sent? Any
help will be appreciated.

If you have messages in your Outbox, they won't be sent unless Outook is
running. You can, however, be working in another program.

If your mailbox is not on an Exchange server, yes, Outlook must be running
in order for messages to be sent.
