out of office

I cannot turn the out-of-office command off through the tool bar. Have used
the help assistant and have tried all the recommendations and still nothing
works. When I go to turn off I receive the following error: "Command is not
available. See the program documentation about how to use this extension". I
have troubleshooted using the help and cannot turn the Out of Office command
off.
