out of office rules assistant

Am using office xp...cannot find the out of office rules
assistant under 'tools'.
How do I turn this feature on. Where can I find it?
 
Hi Ned.

In order to use the out of office assistant you need a mail server that
supports is like exchange. If you are using a POP3 account through an ISP
you will not be able to use the out of office assistant
