out of office - Outlook, Microsoft Vista

I urgently need to set up an out of office assistant email to respond to my
emails while i am away, but i can't find it in Vista - does it not exist?! It
is such an important and useful tool. I have looked at the 'help' and it says
you can set up an automated reply but you have to leave your computer on to
do this - i don't want to leave my computer on for 2 weeks! that would be
such a waste of electricity!

does anyone have any advise of how to set something up to automatically
reply to all emails with a specified message, without leaving my computer on?

thank you so much

If you don't want to leave your computer on, you can't do it.

Now, if you're account is hosted on an Exchange server, that's another
story.
