You can't. A good practise is to make sure your anti-spam solution is before
the Exchange delivery.
Otherwise use rules to emulate the OOF but check with your mail admin if the
Exchange server is configured to allow auto reply/forward to the Internet as

today's business. The example of subject = possible spam is only one example.
There may be other subject lines etc or other reasons I wish not to auto
reply. Eg. to a certain from address. The OOA cannot be black and white. This
seems to be a design flaw.
There was never a real need but Exchange 2007 with Outlook 2007 will show a
major OOF overhaul.
