Hi,

Is there a way in the Outlook 2003 Out of Office Assistant to tell it to
only send to people in the public address book ?

Thanks,
Dave

By (secure) default the OoOA only replies to internal messages. On the
Exchange server you can configure it to answer to answer to external clients
as well. Contact your mail administrator about the possibilties to change
it.

Excellent help thanks Roady !!!

I know I received some undeliverable message errors last time I set it up so
we must have our exchange server configured wrong

Thanks again.
