Hi, I'm getting an error that the command is not available as per MS
KB article 327353. However, this reg key is not there to delete. Has
anyone found another cause/cure for this error?
OS is XP, Outlook is 2002. Works for user on different machine,
deleting exchange profile doesn't help. Thanks

Brad (And All Others Below),

I had to troubleshoot this same exact problem and I resolved it by checking
the disabled items in Outlook. Go to Help > About Microsoft Outlook and click
on the Disabled Items button. If there is an item listed, re-enble it and
close Outlook. Then launch Outlook again. Usually an item will be disabled if
it is causing Outlook to not launch correctly and there is an error message,
but I have never seen Outlook disable something without prompting first, so I
don' have an answer as to why this happened, but I hope this helps.
