Out of office Assistant

Do you have to have exchange to use out of office
assistant. if not how can it be viewed or enabled
without???

If you can't use OOO assistant, create a rule that sends a
specific reply to all incoming

I will try the rule trick. We have an exchange server and
are running windows 2000 with outlook 2002.
