out of office assistant

Hello,
When we set "ON" the out of office assiatant, the sender gets a O.O.O.
message...

I want the message to be sent every time i get a new massage from the same
Sender/Email.

Is this Possible?

Be VERY SURE you pay close attention to the information on setting
exceptions! If OOF replies to an address that has any sort of delivery
problem, you'll have an email loop that will bring your server to a dead
stop very quickly..
