Out of Office Assistant Tool

There is no "Out of Office Assistant" listed on my Tools menu. I have
Outlook Version 2002. The program came loaded on the computer (used) so I do
not have program disks.

How do I get this tool?
 
You must be using a MS Exchange Server to use the Office Asst. Home users can
set up Rules instead.
