out of office assistant not working

What I changed my Exchange; Global Settings; Internet Message Formats;
Advanced to allow out of office responses and to allow automatic replies and
it still doesn't work?
The problem we're getting is the same I've read about, works internally but
not externally with Outlook 2003

First, disable autoreplies - that's dangerous.
Next, double check your Out of Office settings - might want to post in
microsoft.public.exchange.admin as this is not really an Outlook issue.
