Out of Office assistant Help

The out of office assistant is telling me that I cannot set up a new message
because their isnt enough memory and that I need to change some rules. There
are not any rules set. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
 
When was the last time you emptied your Temp folder and you Temporary
Internet folders (including Offline)? When was the last time you did a
defrag?
