Out of office assistance said it's not available 2003

User was able to use out of office assistant, Now receives the error message
The command is not available see the program document how to use this
extention. We do use Microsoft exchange Server.
 
check in the addins to make sure the exchange extensions are enabled.

I have this same problem. I have checked and the exchange extensions are
enabled. Is there anything else you can suggest please?

I have same problem as samdews. Any suggestion?
