out of memory

one of the user accounts on my computer are unable to display folders in
outlook errror message out of memory/system resource keep coming up. e-mail
appear to be downloading but not showing. i am completely inexperienced of
problem solving with computers and I don't know how to start resolving this
Other users folders show on their ccounts ok.
