Hi
Tried to get an answer to this problem in the IE6 section but no joy so
thought I would throw it into this forum as it might be a Windows problem
instead.

I have a new asus laptop with XP Pro. I have loaded all the prograqms I
usually use that have never thrown up this message before.
Also I have have scanned all the files with Zone Alarm Pro and AVG
anti-virus, with all the latest signatures.
There is also nothing recorded in the Event Viewer.

I get this message when the computer is started

"Microsoft Internet Explorer:
Out of memory at line 5821"

Any ideas?????

How big is your pagefile?

Check with task manager if there is an application eating up memory.

It could also be a buggy program that starts automatically. Check with
MSConfig, and try to disable startup items one by one to track it down.

Out of Memory does not necessarily mean you are out of memory....
